Question About Celly Cel- Songs You Can't Find

Why doesn't this album have the version of E-40's Dusted & Disgusted with Celly Cel rapping instead of 2Pac? You know, the music video version? That seems to be one of his hardest songs to find unless you have a copy of the video. It would just seem logical to have your hardest song to find on an album you title "Songs You Can't Find". Anyways, it's still a tight CD.
