Reading this thread reminds me of a wine snob discussion. Everyone soundin like rich white folks discussing the distinct and sharp flavors of the cheeses that pair well with wines. My garage and fridge smells like some stinky funky feet cuz of all the cheeses my folks bring back from Mexico. I don't fuck with it too much but once in a while I'll make a quesadilla with that meji cheese from Michoacan and that makes anything taste bomb as fuck.
