Because they are so similar and mainly on the opposite end of the coast they can freely hate on them as much as they want without really running into one another outside of big metropolitan cities like frisco. Also, ricans coming to cali and mexicans going to miami/nyc and they both get confused for one another probably only adds fuel to the fire. Plus, ricans are lazy.

thats like adding another Arkansas to the union...
like when puerto ricans move in the neighborhood and park junk cars all in the street driveway yard and never cut the grass bringin down the whole hoods property value..

We can't even take care of the 50 states we have already..

this is a stupid proposal put forth by democrats & it's already been voted down by Puerto Rico in the past... smh
