i didn't say anything about the 360 but they bring nothin new to the table and the ps3 is pushing the envelope. The 360 has been around way longer and i think its pretty much maxed out. the playstation 3 on the other hand still hasn't been pushed to its full power.

umm, gears of war is still one of the best lookin 360 games and it was rumored it only used one of the 3 chips in the 360.

the xbox 360 brought downloadable movies, tv shows, arcade games both new and old. you could view game trialers and download and play game demos, etc.

what has the ps3 brought out that wasnt already started by the 360? sixxaxis controller? big woopty doo. bluray is about it and its not even that big of a deal as most games still fit on dvd's.

yea thats exactly why there is new x-box everytime u turn around. Xbox elite, x-box ultimate, x-box super ultimate elite blah blah blah. That's why there is gona be a bluray add-on for xbox in the future. Blu ray is going to do the DVD what the DVD did to the cartridge.

ok, xbox core, xbox premium, xbox elite and xbox arcade which replaced the original core model

ps3. 20gb, 60gb, 40gb, 80gb, and rumored and pretty muched comfirmed is 120gb ps3 with dualshock 3 controller.

thats 4 sku's for xbox 360 in 2+ years and 5 for ps3 in 1+ year.

and blu-ray aint going to do shit, it might sell for 2-3 years then by that time everything will be digitally distrubited. movies, games, music, etc will be available for purchase online and stream right to your house. blu-ray is supposed to be the last physical format for that kind of shit.

and the difference from vhs to dvd was much more noticeable then from dvd to blu-ray.

doesnt matter what you say, nobody fuckin listens on here. they just defend what they have to the death

there is no clear winner, they all offer something different...and you know what? there will NEVER be a winner cause its all just your own personal opinion

lot of people say dreamcast flopped, but guess what? i still have that shit hooked up at my house and play it to this day. am i gonna defend it and say it was better than the ps2? fuck no. does that mean ps2 people are right? fuck no

play your game system and shut the fuck up. as long as you are having fun who gives a shit what the next man is doing.

I like PS3 and XBox 360.

I think the 360 is the best (Because I own one)
I will get a PS3 when I want to.
As soon as I find out what Suikoden VI and Castlevania is going to be on I will go from there.

There is no reason for me to own A PS3 right now.
Besides there are still a few tight games I have yet to play. (Gears of War, Bioshock, Naruto, Call of Duty 4)

Plus GTA IV is coming out on the 360. Iam good for awhile.

They will always sell physical product, at least for couple of generations. People like to shop. I like going to Best Buy, EB, an Record Exchange to get stuff. So in that aspect digtal downloads will never truly be the only way to get items. I can see it being an alternative but you will not see it in your lifetime. Maybe your grandchildren will.
