i got a 40g and i was told it internet comes free on it but the shit dont work. it say's a ethernet cable is not hooked up and i have clear wire so what should i do?

40 does have wireless. I was having the problem the otehr day. Whjat you gotta do is log on to your router setup and add the system on that way. so it can have a fresh DNS address

i thought if it had the ethernet cable connected to it, that made it a wired connection, not wireless.

^yea it does...if its hooked up via ethernet cable its wired...but if its just picking up signal from ur router or w.e then its wireless..i dotn no how that shit works thats why i got a 50 foot ethernet cable
