so my question is, if someone takes leinency by giving up information on other people that can be cosigned by police intelligence in some sort of way (wiretap etc etc whatever), thats taking a deal and not snitching?
i mean, if you point out someones picture and say they names, are you cooperating and not 'snitching'?
So, if one person gets leinency do the others get stiffer sentences due to implication on that persons behalf?
I mean, is this a situation where the cops already knew everything and he cosigned it to clear himself a little more?
i mean, when lil kim was on stand, she lied about some shit they had proof she was lying about and boom bam, in jail.
so this is cloudy
im not sure how the law works in that sense
i mean was it some 'yeah i did it' shit or 'yeah and heres who fucks with me since you can check my phone too' shit?
whatever, im trying to make some logic out of the shit. assumption, hypothesis or not
just some questions, i wouldnt know personally
but reading it, these cases were independent of cs-5's (we'll use that name) actual pending drug case, it wasnt even part of his dope case
i figured cooperating to gain leinency would be like me writing a letter of admittal to some shit that i personally did and no one else was involved or tied in..that way getting off easy...if its a individual thing and no one else...but mentioning other people? thats cloudy. i dont know how much is cool to say about others....imho with no federal interrogation training in dope cases with football numbers i cant say how much information is already gathered in a case liek that but morally i would think to deal with my own issues seperately
