last night was fuckin crazy in San Pedro, California....there was a BONE THUGS N HARMONY concert at the Warner Grand Theatre... my juggalo homie Nick was inside and some of the other peoples that were street teaming with me were putting up Tech N9ne posters for his concert on the 7th of November at The Key Club...
now, I was outside the whole time fliering cars and givings fliers out to the fans outside. Shit was PACKED... full of bloods, crips and essa's (sp?)... shit didn't look good at all and I sensed that some shit was gonna go down because recently here in Southern California, there has been a lot of Black Gangs Vs Mexican Gangs shit going down.
Travis, (Tech's manager, to all you newbies) gave me the names of BONE's managers that I could get in touch with because I brought my digital camera and hard drive video camera to get some shout outs from BONE for Tech N9ne and shit like that, but BONE AND THEIR MANAGERS weren't there because they weren't scheduled to be there by 12 midnight. Another artist named "DAY DAY KING" opened up for BONE that night.
So yeah, I had to wait all night, but it was cool cause I was passing out fliers and stuff...all of a sudden while I was waiting in front of the theatre passing shit out, a fight goes on in the lobby between 2 black gangs whom I saw earlier trying to get in....lol, one guy even tried to sell me a shank ( a knife, to all you newbies) for $5... for reals.. and I was like:"Naw, man, I'm cool" and he was like:"you gon' need it later, bro".... and I just laughed... but dammit, the fight went on in the lobby while other peoples tried to rush through the doors, security had a hard-ass time controlling the fuckin' crowd inside and outside of the theatre!! At that time, it was around 10:30pm-11pm or something like that and with all this shit going down, security was like FUCK IT, we're calling the police... so police came and then all of a sudden, they left and all of a sudden a shitload of RIOT COPS covered all of 6th street in San Pedro!!! Apparently, there was a gang-related fight in the lobby, but THANKFULLY, it wasn't a BLACKS VS MEXICANS sorta gang fight...
then I heared the Riot cops say "We're shutting this shit down"... so yeah, just like the Skatterman & Snugbrim song, the RIOT COPS ran into the venue to "SHUT... THIS...MUTHUFUCKA DOWN!!". Everyone inside then ran out PISSED and was chanting "RE-FUND RE-FUND" and "FUCK THE POLICE!" and were all cussing at the riot cops...I was the only person with a good video camera taking all this video footage while everyone was taking pictures with their cell phones in front of the riot cops!! haha! An Ambulence also drove by and got a body out of the theatre...some crazy shit. Then I see my my homie Nick with a juggalette and I give him some fliers, and we fuckin handed out a shitload of Tech N9ne fliers to the crowd...a good percentage of people from the crowd knew who Tech N9ne was and are psyched about the concert. So yeah, I was actually surprised because the crowd although were PISSED, DID NOT.. I REPEAT DID NOT DESTROY ANY LOCAL SHOPS AROUND THE AREA... I'm saying the shit because the damn channel 7 news reported that "The riot cops had to come because people were fucking up the local stores" or something to that matter which was total bullshit, so FUCK THE MEDIA on THAT ONE....I got the REAL FOOTAGE TO PROVE IT... AND PICTURES... better yet, I'll post the fuckin PICTURES HERE TONIGHT AS PROOF.
