I love how this kid(birdman) is all like "fuck juggalos, they suck, etc, etc, etc..." when the news about the 5 album deal dropped on the site I help run, which happens to be www.JUGGALO.com.

I still don't see why Strange Music signed PDM. Prozak is wack beyond belief (kinda when that guy from Fear Factory attempted to rap on the remake of "Bacdafucup" with B-Real). I bet Strange/MSC would see more money off of a Kutt Calhoun album than PDM. I understand that Travis wants to reach different audiences, but MEC needs to collaborate with other rappers on his projects, not wack ho's like Prozak.
Actually, as good as Kutt's album is, I doubt it will sell as much as PDM.
PDM reached #84 on the Billboard charts, and I really doubt Kutt will. The promotion does it in for you, and even if the cd sucked (which in my opinion, it didn't), PDM promoted the hell out of the cd along with Strange, and that word of mouth, and incredible hype equals sales.
Kutt didn't get promoted NEARLY as heavy as PDM, and you cant blame Strange for that, because 80% of PDMs promotion came from themselves spreading the word. Strange just saw an opportunity to make money and took it, as anybody would.

You sure about that? Then again, I've been out of the loop a bit, I just came back home from a vacation. But anyways, PDM was #84 on the RAP chart (Hell, Tech was #79 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart), yet I didn't see PDM get promoted. Meanwhile, I live in Los Angeles (and maybe it's because of Strange Music's headquarters being here), but for the week that Kutt's album was coming out, I would see wrapped vans EVERYWHERE promoting Kutt Calhoun.
Otherwise, I know that because of the Hostile Takeover, that Strange should be in full promotions for all the acts on their roster. And Prozak is still garbage (maybe King Gordy should replace Prozak in PDM).

PDM (more so prozak) did do alot of the promotion himself. He drove down to my store with only 1 other dude to drop off the PDM/Tech samplers, stickers, and fliers. Then he came back on july 20 for a signing and instore. We were the only store he came to down here. Thats from Michigan to Cincinnati. I think thats pretty tight to do that shit by urself.
Mike worked with bedlam and liked what him and prozak created, when prozak went to make a solo album, he called Mike up and wanted beat work done, they went into the studio and started making shit. Mike liked it alot, so they signed Prozak to mikes label, B4 Edge. As the project continued to grow, Mike and Prozak decided that mike was as much a member of the group as prozak and came up with a group name and went from there. They got Tech on a collab, and sent him a courtesy copy of the cd when strange asked them how the project was coming. Tech and strange music loved what they heard, and since the release was more or less complete(final touches pending), Tech flew them out to LA, and they signed to strange.
Thats why the project dropped so soon.
juggalos would buy it cuz they like mike clark, it isnt that hard to understand.
I am friends with prozak and madness, though i didnt really care for most of bedlams music. Minus a few songs here there in their past, and the bedlamitez rize cd. I would love to see a new Bedlam cd, produced by maybe JP from insane poetry or kapitol g(curt sounded great on KGP beats) but prozak and madness dont really know what they are going to do next as far as bedlam goes, so leave the past in the past and just anticipate the future, with out being an idiot.
People can hate PDM as much as people can love PDM. Neither one is wrong in doing so. Life brings certain things to each person, those things change the way we see things, which changes what we like and dont like. I personally LOVED THE HELL out of the PDM cd. But then again, I love the wicked shit.
I hope PDM have tons of success. I cant wait to see what happens for prozak and mike.
Once they start doing their own tours(yes its already in the works, kiddo) Id like to see them take other wicked shit acts with em. Insane Poetry, KGP, BEDLAM, shit Id even settle for q strange or necro's fat ass, even though i hate necro's music. haha.
