Mix. This is most directly taken from "I Want It All" which was a mix on Sin's Opium Garden: Sizzerb Mixtape vol. 3. That mixtape was hosted by DJ Green Lantern. However, the Tech vocals on that track (and subsequently this one) were taken from Okwerdz' "Like It or Not." Not a bad mix though.

DJ Green Lantern hosted that a mixtape for Back Route records, the label Okwerdz is on. I'm guessing that's how Green Lantern got his hands on the verse to put on that track for Sin's mixtape.

Yes. Though I'm not familiar with his music so I don't know if his verse was taken from elsewhere too, or recorded specifically for that.
