NO HE WOULDN'T, BUT OVERRATED ASS CLEMENTS WOULD HAVE BEEN OWNED.
I figured some raider fan would hate on Nate Clements. But if you watched the games between the Niners and Cardinals, you'd see Fitzgerald wasn't a factor. The two games he played us were the two worst games of the season for Fitz. Nice try though.

Your boy Nnamdi didn't look like he'd fair too well against Fitz though. No hate, just stating what I saw.

Fitzgerald will punk ANY CB in the league when it comes to a jump ball in the end zone, INCLUDING Asomugha.

HE WAS INJURED AND DID NOT PLAY THAT GAME. LMAO!! Come on homie, get it together!

On top of that, 2006 is not 2008. Fitzgerald's game elevated since then, big guy. He became the best WR in the league THIS YEAR and Nate Clements handled him well THIS YEAR - TWICE.

By whom? If you're referring to the size of his contract, I will say he IS overpaid. But who is overrating him?

I don't know. Clements did stuff him the first game but Fitz putting up 8 catches for 49 yards and TD isn't exactly "handling" him. It's not necessarily a GREAT game but not a bad one either.

Are you serious? EIGHT catches for 49 yards.. He averaged slightly over 6 yards per catch. And if you watched the game you'd know it was a bunch of short stuff where the catch will be made, but minimal yards will be gained. Kinda like a failed screen pass. The receiver is going to make the catch and boost that reception total but he aint doing shit with it. They had to resort to that shit because they couldn't find a way to get the ball in Fitzgerald's hands. The TD was a jump ball in the endzone, no CB is going to win that against Larry Fitzgerald. A few might get lucky and break it up but the majority of the time Fitz will win against ANY CB.

Since you're looking at his stat page, why don't you go back and tell me who handled Fitzgerald better than Nate Clements.

By the way, when I say "handled" I'm using it in it's original form, not the slang term "you got handled." I mean they dealt with him well, they "handled" the situation well, etc..
