fuel for the fire, my friend.... fuel for the fire.

it wont work 1%.

mark my words.

the only reason they are trying to do this is to save money... because the lesser amount of inmates you have (cause they are gonna kill each other off).... the more money saved.

dont they actually make money by having prisoners?

thats what i thought at least

good. segregation shouldnt be enforced anywhere anyway.

they gotta do somethin', they cant juss cater to these people because they (generally speaking) don't get along. i wouldn't be surprised if this ended up being a positive... i agree most wit tha guy who said short term negative effects but in tha long run it'll have positive.

i also agree wit MooreBlock530 who said "all of you saying "it will never get better" are the ones keeping us from TRYING at the very least"

ignorance and unnecessary violence is no excuse to separate races - u can sit around wit ur thumb up ur ass and avoid it like they've done all these years or u can do somethin' about it head on and see what happens and atleast BEGIN to break tha barrier. it may take years but eventually i think it could work out, not 100% - but nothing really is.

and honestly, if it doesnt work out.... itz not my problem.

It'll be something if this all does work out and pigs fly

I think a lot of people are hoping that this integration will diminish outside racial wars brought forth by the prison politics.

If you don't allow criminals to social with their race they'll rely on whoever they bunk with.

HERE: State sanctioned segregation and reinforcing of racial divisions is no good.

& HERE: This will have short term negative results with potential for long term positives.

Fact is, racial segregation behind bars.... is the way it should be.

& also, there will be no 'light at the end of the tunnel'

People are gonna die, & it will not stop..... there is a huge race war in the CDC & this will only add fuel to the fire.
2nd request:

Where is the double negative?

The rivalries between gangs and races in prison are a result of the way resources are distributed unequally throughout this country. The racism in prison comes from the outside and society, not the other way around. Therefore, how the fuck is it correct and efficient to try and tackle the problem or race segregation in PRISONS? The race segregation in prison is fueled by present economic and institutional conditions. This new law is in NO WAY intended to solve segregation problems in prisons, because it WONT! The only thing this law is for is to save money and keep as many prisoners locked up as they can.

and honestly, if it doesnt work out.... itz not my problem.
It is your problem. "Criminals" get locked up and are released into society, which you live in. Plus, have you noticed gang members around? From where do you think they're callin' the shots?

HERE: State sanctioned segregation and reinforcing of racial divisions is no good

that there is a big negative, cause it is for the best interests of the inmates.

& HERE: This will have short term negative results with potential for long term positives

again, a negative, because that is not the case.

2 negatives, hence, the wording 'double negative'

A double negative occurs when two forms of negation are used in the same sentence.

I'd make a 3rd request, but I think I got my answer.
