i know when u go to prison u have to stick with your own race but if a white boy is a norteno and hangs around with hispanics on the outside does he join the nortenos in prison or go with the whites. just wondering

i waz thinkin da same thing b4 i got locked up but in county he'll roll wit Nortenos but if he hitz da pen itz a whole different story cuz itz all politics N shit N most likely he'll get da shit beat outta him N turn into a pecker wood

You can be anything you want in prison. There are mexican’s who ride with the whites because they choose to. I know this Mexican cat who is a quarter white and chose to roll with the whites. Most of the white Norteno’s I’ve known turned into woods when they were locked down.

My homeboy from DGF in Hayward got locked down in CYA and banged Norte got out and went to the Pen for a couple years, the next time I seen him it was all white pride with him.

I’ve also seen it the other way, white dudes bang Norte on the streets and in the pen. I’ve known black Norteno’s.
