Preventing clear soles on shoes from Yellowing

Anyone know how to prevent yellowing on Jordans? I know how to Clean yellowing off but does anyone know to prevent or slow it down? I wrapped up my DMPS in saran wrap and then put them in a zip lock bag. Any help is appreciated.

Hella silica packets when u box it, like straight up drown it in silica packets. And clean em after each time u wear them.

I had the retro whi/fire red V's in 99, i would do that after each time i wore em. But then i got lazy and that shit hella yellowed. Its all good though cuz i sold them in used condition last year for $350. Chuchhh!

I used to work at Sportmart, so i just took em from other shoe boxes, lol.

Maybe try asking a shoe place if they have any to get rid of. They were all over the floor at my work cuz of sloppy ass customers. We would throw tons of it away each night.

If that doesn't work, $13 for 150 doesn't seem like too bad of a price. U really need just maybe 8-10 max per shoebox. Not a bad investment, cuz that silica gel wicks away moisture from the shoes.

Silica & saran wrap works...just make sure you store them where there is minimal light, ie. back of your closet

Use Seaglow to take off the yellow.Make sure you only apply alittle bit and scrub wit a tooth brush then rinse it with water. Dont put seaglow by the glue parts or your shoe is fucked! After done cleaning shoe with Seaglow leave it out in the sun for 3-5hrs. Your soles will be icy again.
