Bouncing areolas breh distract people, and murderers are people... So a murderer may be attempting to run up on some dude with a knife, but then they get distracted by some big bouncies and the dude slips off to safety...
Or if the killer is about to kill a chick, but she pulls out some bouncing areolas, and hes like "youz a big fine woman wacha back dat rack up" and asks her on a date instead
Bouncing areolas save lives, and they dont shoot people, so theyre more effective than police, and are a great contribution to society
