Correction: You INSIST that I am fake. You really know nothing about me and always need to hurl insults at me to get in good with God. Whatever gets you into heaven faster I guess. I will not derail this post... so the next suggestion:

How about some Ceviche de camaron curtido? That is really easy to make just take a shitload of peeled raw shrimp and toss em into ALOT of lime and then chop up some onions, cilantro, tomatoes, cucumber and toss em in the mix. (Maybe a lil jaiba for filler) And then serve them on tostadas with some mayonnaise spread trust me that shit is THE BEST. Top it with some avocado of course. Once again, I am not Mexican. This dish also translates into Spanish cuisine so don't trip.
