POP-UPS

Is there any software out there that actually works to prevent pop ups. I've installed Norton Anti Virus and McAfee Internet Security Suite and both of those don't work. Shit, they make make more for some reason. If you got some good software to recommend holla bacc man, one.

Spybot & Ad-aware is garbage too.

You barkin up the wrong tree dude. Those are virus protection programs. You need spyware protection. Try Ad-Aware. Be sure to run updates after you install it and run it the first time.

im open to try anything too except for ad-aware..that shit dosent work..i get pop ups on the regular....but what bugs the hell out of me when im on the comp is when i get a pop up that says "error cannot display page" so i go to close it then all of a sudden that same page i jus closed pops up 100 damn times until my comp freezes..

Fuck alla that....Go to download.com and get the google tool bar....the shit is RAW and blocks pop-ups without all the extra crap. Plus it puts a google search bar at the top of yer browser which comes in handy....Trust yer boy on this one

Or just dont use Internet Explorer. That is the most foul browser on the planet. Use Opera or Firefox for some bulit in pop up blocking action. Im sure other browsers do the same, but these are the two I use.

Fuck all that shit, get this Mozilla Firefox internet browser That there is the shit. Free, better than Internet Explorer, blocks pop-ups better than the google toolbar and stopzilla, and doesn't come with extra shit. Also has a google search, or you can add your own search engine to the toolbar. Props to 209goodfella for hookin it up with mozilla.
