Yup, they had some dope shit...their last CD (from '96), THE NEW WORLD ORDER, was SOOOOOOO slept-on! I love the way they freaked that old L.T.D. song (title escapes me at the moment) for "Word Is Life!" Wise Intelligent, Culture Freedom...those were the days of East Coast Rap, IMHO!

PEACE!

Wise intelligent dropped a solo album called Killin U For Fun which caught a little controversy because of the cover art. However, the album wasn't all that. PRT back in the days was the shit. Holy intellect, Pure Poverty, Black Business and New World Order are all outstanding.

Yeah, I remember KILLIN U FOR FUN...Wise Intelligent sounded like he was caught between doing the consciousness rhymes and just boasting for the hell of it, and he didn't achieve either one...the production wasn't there, either. But yeah, the PRT CDs are all dope. They could have been as big as KRS-One or Public Enemy (both of whom I like) had they been promoted better...

PEACE!
