depends on the artist him or herself,if they speak well and are respectable and are not demanding. but nowadays if they not giving it to me for free im not buying, unless they take the time out to have a conversation about where they are trying to go with there music, their plans and goals and how/what they are going to do to get there...

you will be surprised of how many people be on some bullshit, i had sum1 tell me they dont give a damn about the music industry, they just want money.....so i just dipped. they better be giving me sumthing i can go home with for free, myspace link or suffa,i need sumthin tangible

I respect the hustle but I have NEVER bought a good cd off of someone in the street besides Lil CS... and his shit was professionally made and mixed so that does say a lot for the artist and how serious they take themselves.

I can't buy a burned cd for more than a few dollars..

if it's the actual artist or dj that approaches me and is trying to sell it then i buy it fasho even without hearing it first just to show support however if they approach on some im the dopest thing since ice cream or they say they gonna sell a million with the right push i sometimes pass but if they are confident in there product and mature about the situation i will break 10$ easy and sumtimes buy 2 copies pz
