Ok, ***I*** would have grabbed her (with help from other officers if necessary), put her down, handcuffed her or better yet, strapped her down to a hospital bed, which is normal procedure for "out of control" or violent patients.

...cops are gonna do whatever they fuck they please when it comes to restraining people, so simply stating what you think "normal procedure" is, is simply irrelevant...being belligerent AND high is a free pass for them to get away with murder and we all know that...

...everyone here agrees that the result was waaaay overboard, but not everyone would simply restrain her and fasten her into some hospital bed...I am not a cop..and if i was confronted by anyone who was out of their mind, I would do my best to lay them the fuck out...any of you who say they wouldn't, are most likely not being completely truthful...

...also, you know if this breezy was high on all that shit at 13, then this is most likely not her first time doing multiple drugs...she's pro'lly one of these completely outta control, slutty teens who's family and friends just cant seem to get a hold of her...
