I just got back from the casino, walked away from a 30 dollar buy in table w/ 150 bux even. The secret to poker sucess is reading the COUNTLESS books written by former champs, also, poker for dummies is a good ass book despite its name...

I recommend all the 2+2 books.

haha I flopped a K high straight flush and won 6 bucks so dont feel bad

My buddy had AK of clubs at a Pot Limit table and the flop came QJ10 of clubs so he flopped a royal of course. Bad thing is he only had 15 bucks at the table and 2 guys ahead of him had 50 and 75. 1st guy bets out 5 bucks and the next guy raises to 10 this is BEFORE the action ever hits my friend. He just smooth called and of course let them do the betting for him. He went allin with 15 bucks and won 15 from both of them BUT they had a sidepot for the rest of there money which I believe was won by a full house or maybe he said it was a lower straight flush. I know he said that the loser of the hand had a boat but it could have been smaller than the guy that came in 2nd. If he could have had as much money as them he would have won both of their stacks completly.

u can play in tournements they have in and they play no limit. it varies from $60-$100 buy in, with re buys. lucky chances in daly city, bay 101 in san jo have good tournys.
