AIGHT WELL ALONG WITH 3 MAJOR VENUES AS CLIENTS OF MINE AROUND THESE PARTS, PMP RECORDS IS ANOTHER. THEY ARE MY FIRST RAP ASSOCIATED CLIENT SO IM LOOKING TO BE ABLE TO EXPLORE ALOT OF DESIGNING WITHIN COUPLE DIFFERENT GENRES. ANYWAYS THESE GUYS JUST DID THEIR FIRST BIG SHOW TO GET A BUZZ GOING AROUND OUR PARTS AND IT WAS BAD ASS, AND THE PLACE WAS PACKED OUT WITH BROADS. ANYWAYS SO NOW THEY THROWING A CHRISTMAS BASH AND HERE'S THE FLYER I JUST FINISHED WORKING ON. NOTE: SOME CHANGES WILL APPLY (IF ANY) CAUSE THEY HAVE TO LOOK IT OVER. BUT I WANTED TO POST THIS ON HERE TO MAYBE HEAR SUGGESTIONS, COMMENTS, CRITICISM AND WHAT NOT. ANYWAYS DROP KNOWLEDGE! THANK YOU!

PS. I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS ALSO A FIRST ATTEMPT OF USING ACTUAL PHOTOS OF PEOPLE IN MY WORKS. I KNOW SOME NEED SOME WORK BUT IM OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS ON PHOTO ENHANCEMENT.

well, the pictures arent the best quality... Id drop the words that have the transparency, its too crowded... the words are easy to read though with the shadows or glow or whatever... I'd maybe drop the size of the "club 808" and redo the 808 because it looks distorted... Maybe find a better script font for club and christmas bash... A good thing to do is to think of it in the size it is going to be, that will tell yu if everything will be easy to read and if you can shrink your pics so they dont look so distorted and gain the original PPI because it looks like you might have stretched the images... or they are just bad... all in all, the most important things are fixing the images, and getting rid of the transparent word...

WORD I GOT YA. YEAH LOOKING AT IT AFTER A MINUTE I AGREE WITH TAKING AWAY THE TRANSPARENT WORDS. AND THE "808" ISNT DISTORTED JUST STRETCHED FAT. BUT YEAH I WAS LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT CURSIVE TYPE FONT FOR "CLUB" AND STUFF MAYBE MORE SKINNIER BUT I HAVE THAT DAMN 6000 FONT PACKAGE UPLOADED TO MY SHIT SO IT TAKES A MINUTE TO GO THROUGH THEM AND FIND ONE.

the middle chic looks squeezed... the chic to the left looks blury probably because u had to resized it bigger... santa needs some contrast. Always limit yourself when dealing with text... u have like 5 different fonts and that most of the time clashes everything.

^^^i got ya man. yeah like i said this is a rough version. as a mtter of fact i gotta add a artist to the flyer that they told me about today at work so yeah. and yeah im still looking through the fonts for a decent looking one for the "CLUB 808" and "CHRISTMAS BASH" parts......


also the chick in the middle is not squeezed. thats just the regular looking pic.....besides i gotta change the bitches anyways cause they want black hoes instead of white ones....

here's the final version of the flyer......new hoes and took away the plain ass "club 808" part and made it more christmas related and shiny......



edit: also i know the middle chick it not blended, but no worries she is. i just seen that i forgot to blend her in so i got that part straight....

hehe yeah man thats what they wanted. that was really the only thing they wanted to change about the original flyer. as long as they like it then hey. also if i dig it myself so ya know....
