plugins for adobe audition?

i have Antares Mic Modeler and i dl'd AIPL WarmTone but deleted it cuz it was just the trial...

I have the platinum waves package... Cost me $1,600 but I can mix tracks as good on my laptop as in the studio now... I recommend those if you're serious at all...
