theres was an article on google news where experts were sayin "it would be difficult to prove the officers were involved in a crime (meaning responsible for the homeless mans death, in this case)"
or something along the lines of it being difficult to prosecute them becuz theres no evidence they used excessive force
but i guess every arrest in the country comes with a fucked up beating where your head swells to twice or thrice its original size....i was just gettin lucky everytime they gently handcuffed me and escorted me to the back of the car all while making sure i dont bash my head
