i've posted this on the O.G. BART board awhile back... now with more examples

have you noticed that alot of the covers that Phunky Phat Graph-x created has errors up the ass?

take a look at C-Bo's "The Autopsy".... and can somebody tell me what the REAL name of song #5 is? based on the track listing on the back and in the liner notes

and how do you spell the name of that cat from KCK... is it BOHN? or BHON? on the actual album cover, it says Bohn, but on the Deco D album cover (i think) where it shows all the Jackpot Records releases, it says Bhon....

if you look at the back of C.I.N. "Richmond Roullete" you'lle see that the name of track #12 is ommited, but is printed on the CD, and is listed as track 11 in the liner notes, "city streets" is ommited, and also listed track #2 as 'Blideside".... I sure hope the Criminally Insane Niggas didn't have to pay full price for the art direction on this album.

on Dush Tray "I'll Rather Lounge" there's 13 tracks, but the track listing on the back and in the liner notes show's that there's only 12, and doesn't count the intro track as song #1

"New York" and "Fuck Biggie" are on the same track on Felony "781 Redrum" but on the track listings, it lists them as 2 different songs.

Well, that's it for now.... anyone else notice any other errors made by the designers at Phunky Phat Graph-X? HOVE!

They were notorious for errors. I forget what album it is, but they (Phunky Phat) actually have their own company name spelled wrong in the credits.

I will say this though... They always gave people the opportunity to look over the artwork before they got the film made so the people gettin' artwork should have caught the errors if they really took the time to review the samples.

Plus they were cool cats who always let me come through and take as much promo shit as I could carry back in the day. Too bad they ain't still doin' graphics out here.

For real...it's up to the label/artist to review the artwork and make sure it's done right.
