I was looking for a few tips on photoshop....I wanted to see what the filter was to get the animated effect on pictures, to make it look like the picture is hand drawn (I'm on a mac, if that matters)

also what kind of photo sizes & resolution are good for t-shirts?

and lastly, what are some fresh free filters for mac?

well man as far as anyone telling you how to do that animated shit..no ones's gonna tell ya..I've messed around with burn & dodge tool to get similar...but nobody is gonna give their secrets..sorry homie..

I would say 10"x8" i'm not sure what it is in pixels but you can choose inches instead of pixels also don't go less than 300dpi for anything you do..you can also do a search on templates..plus there is a thread on templates..sheck it out..

Ask the printing services and they will tell you everything

For printing on shirts, whatever size you make it is going to be exactly how big it is on the shirt...so if you want it to be the same size as legal paper (8.5 X 11) then make the graphic 8.5 inches by 11 inches, 300 dpi
