have ya'll seen Woodie's pic on tha East Co Co forum? ya know how there be like a red outline around him? how can i do that?

add a stroke by selecting the layer u want to outline by hitting ctrl+click then go to edit and click on the stroke tool and play round with the settings

looks like an outter glow... if you have it on it's own layer you can double click then click on stroke, then mess with the color and so on to get it red.... to get a solid line you'd want to add a stroke
