well like someone else said they did have 3Time outs and an extra one cause it wasnt 2 minture warning yet. but it's also element of suprise, when a team thinks ur going onside kick then they got hands team on the feild which means less or worse blocking then the regular receiving team they would put on. meriweather went right up the middle with 0 problem and hit the dude real hard then the other dude came with ease and got the ball out. it was a great strategy and you can hate belichick all you want but he's still one hellava playcaller and coach.
