Marz used to be cool when he did Lung Fo Mo She, but then he started painting his face, and then he switched it up to straight rap. I'm not sure if he really loves the music or is just pursuing what is cool at the time.

Well he certianly dont paint his face no more haha.. And i personally didnt like Lung Fo Mo She

And yea he appeared opening for quite a few of Techs tours in some dates... Hes cool with Hawke ( I think) we saw them eating dinner at dennys after a show one time.

This guy went from:

-Lung Fu Mo She (which was a good album)
-Touring with ICP
-Being the 6th member of Dark Lotus & painting his face
-Being signed with KORN and doing more rap/metal infused music
- Than doing straight up rap and comming out with mixtapes

Now in the present time he's a "thug/gangsta".

Sure as fuck looks like he's following the "what's hot trend" on the music tip.

Yup this is true... But I dont know... I like some of the tracks he puts out like.. I Will Not Lose, and Spotlight.

Looks like a damn fool with his default picture. Then onto the music, he sounds just like any other myspace rapper you see spamming on the pages of real music artists posting comments begging for listens

yea thats true ... He does do that too.. I rather see him open for Tech than the damn Dog Faced Gods again though

This is the Marz that USED to do ICP stuff but is now pretty much a wannabe mainstream rapper.


ANd to the other dude... Yes the Dog Faced Gods sucked terribly

Marz (with a z) worked with ICP. He's from Chicago, he's white, and he went from industrial rap, to rap metal, to a fake southern accent and 'gangster' shit when he specified on an old album that he's NOT gangster.

Mars has worked with Tech N9ne (unreleased), Brotha Lynch (unreleased), Ganksta NIP, Spice 1, Menacide, Q Strange, and many others. He's from the Bay Area. He does a more gangsta version of horrorcore, somewhat similar to Brotha Lynch. He's Mexican.

Yea. Marz got at Mars and ICP recently on the song "Diary of a Madman." that's on the original Grind Music cd, not the V.2.

Marz wearing face paint...dude did it once. Gathering 2001, when he did his solo set. and of course he performed during Lotus' performing set. Basides the flyers that had his face painted on there, that wasn't something he did regularly. ICP (especially J in particular) kept bugging him about doing it. Then when shit hit the fan, J goes on-line like Marz did it to fit in.

Far as Marz switching up his style...that's just what he's on now. A lot of old fans love Lung Fu..., I'm a bigger Gorilla Pimpin fan myself, but he's not feeling that anymore. A lot of his latest stuff does have a LOT of rap cliches in it, but I'm a fan. He carries it off well, along with a great choice of beats!

Diary of a Madman was weak. He also 'dissed' ABK on it. Dropping that track was the most attention he got since Korn dumped him. Being on a certain tip, or maturing into a different style, doesn't change your accent to suddenly drawl like a southern rapper (when southern rap is popular). Not to mention he has a line somewhere on Lung Fu Mo She where he SAYS 'I'm not a gangster' then on Against All Odds he says he is. THAT is HELLA fake.
