OT: for ya picture/computer nerdies, animated GIFs

how the fuck can you make animated GIFs? I dont have photoshop and i dont want it right now.... is there a smaller freeware program that does it?
i have a program that i can make the individual "slices" with but just nothing that can put 'em together

well what i did, was use this avi 2 gif program, that gets it in seperate frames, resize each one if needed, and then join them in adobe image ready, but i dunno u said u didnt wnat photoshop so yeah

I use Ace Design Pro to make the individual frames, then Coffee Cup GIF animator to stick 'em together.

That's how I made this,

And a bunch of other shit.

Reguardless who he makes a sig like that about its fuckin funny. Shit was put together real nice. I'm just surprised he hasn't made one like that of Glen yet though.
