"The boys" (law enforcement) have too much time on their hands if they're concerned with Juggalos/Juggalettes. No one gives a fuck about'em. They're harmless. Most of 'em engage in self-destructive behavior (i.e. drug use, self mutilation, etc.) Meanwhile, there's muthafuckaz out in the world who actually pose a threat to society. Clearly, their priorities are mixed up.
