OPINION on this setup???

I just bought a ibook g4 laptop.. with mbox & Pro tools, and a audio technica at2020 condenser?? Will the quality be any good? Im new to buying equipment, so i dont know too much.

im not sure what the mic sounds like comparable to other mics, but generally, a large condenser mic (like yours), and a clean signal, sounds good, if you know lightweight how to add compression eq and effects you can make it sound almost as good as any recording you hear

Thanks Nonstop. I bought it really, just to learn the basics of pro tools. But i live outside of portland.. and am lookin for a studio to record at. Ive heard that you got one ?

the AT2020 sounds alright for the price, it comes free with alot of digi stuff nowadays
