theres not even a speed limit posted on the route i was taking that i got popped on

the speed limit sign is 10 feet from where i turned into...and you cant make a turn going more than 40 without some sort of screech, furthermore i would think the cop couldnt be going over the speed limit either to tail me

i just got done with traffic school for alameda county , they sent me a list in the mail with specific websites that can only be used. i went with happytrafficschool.com. it was like 14.95 plus a couple dollers for this identity check thing at the end to make sure it was really you taking the test

thats not how it works so dont waste your time...

here's what happens, you go to court, tell the court you want to take traffic school. theyll say okay, then you do the traffic school to keep the point off your record.

you don't take traffic school, go to court get found guilty/pay as no contest, and it doesnt show up on your record.

Infact a court will only assign it to you if you havnt taken traffic school in the past 18 months or some shit, so i dont know if taking it before you go to court will fuck it up or not but i wouldnt chance it.

itll take an hour, but its super easy. just open up the reading part, then open up the test part, and use find switching back and forth.

once you take all those tests itll send you to the final test on whatever gov website, youll need the reading parts and some googling and youll be done.

got my courtesy notice in the mail today for my speeding ticket..it says that i'm not eligible for traffic school since i was +25mph over the speed limit..if i go to court and request traffic school, any chance the judge will be lenient?? any of yall been in a similar situation?? this is my first ticket in over 10yrs driving experience..

if you go to court, im willing the bet the judge will give you some sort of break...especially if you bring up the fact of ten spotless years

yeah man go to court, can't hurt. Mine was like 35 over and I went and the judge let me take it, cop didnt have radar though so I dont know if that helped.

the easiest one... they have a sentence u have 2 search for on each page but every one starts with "My favorite" like everything is "My favorite ______ is ______"

so juss search for the hidden sentence by searching for keyword 'favorite' and then u can keep on taking the test for each chapter, it'll tell u what u got right and got wrong - if u fail that test, take it again and change the answer u got wrong

i had that shit done in 20mins

The one I found cost $30. It said I could take it before the court date, go and pay the fine, pay a $24 fee for the traffic school administration fee, and then call the NTSA or some some shit like that, and they will send the court the certificate.

honestly... you don't even know how bad my driving record is... it's like everytime i pay off a ticket i get a new one.... i got a speeding ticket on my way to pay a ticket before....

i just had 5 tickets on my record and a dui (about 6 years old)... i did traffic school to erase one of my tickets and paid the fine about 3 weeks ago.. and about 1 week ago i got another fuckin ticket...

drivin down some country ass road the limit is 25 miles per hour.. nobody drives 25 there... i was goin 48 talkin on my phone wit no seatbelt so yeah i deserved it... at least cop wrote me up for 40 in a 25 which probably saved me over a hundred bucks.. but damn.... at least i just started a new insurance policy that said it stays the same for a year so hopefully no increase.. i'm just worried dmv gonna yank my L's from me...
