ive lived in Nor Cal most of my life and in some of the worst spots it has to offer....but the worst crime infested hardest hood i lived in was South Side Tucson Arizona.....i dont care how hard Sac is Tucson is on some other shit and most of the reason is laws in Az aint shit....Cali you get locced up for any lil thing out there foos walkin the streets with 5-6 felonies cuz they aint got 3 strikes....its hella easy to get guns there and not some pistols i mean wetters.....all that shit contributes to a lot of crime and they got mexicans bangin crip n blood harder than a lotta foos i seen in cali bangin it.....

seattle is big as fuck, ive been there too, they got their riders, the blacks have their own neighborhoods there though, so if you went through a white neighbor hood, thats prolly why u seen all whites. u go down the hill from all the rich ass places by that body of water, i think its a river or some shit, then take a left, an d its mostly blacks.

nigga ur trippin if u think any hood in stockton is like oakpark...dont get me wrong stockton got it slums but oakpark is like 10x bigger than any hood in stockton...and ive lived all over the "p" and it does have coo parts to it that really aint that bad...but then theres certain streets and section that are fucked up hella bad...damm near every house boarded up garbage all threw the streets...niggaz out hella thick grindin and shit...theres about 7 or 8 spots in the "p" were shit is super grimy...and oakpark has the highest murder rate in the whole city...i think they had between 30 and 40 homicides just in that 1 hood lastyear...and thats alot for one hood...now im not sayin oakpark the hardest hood in the world bcuz it aint but it didnt get its repretation from no were...

now sac as a whole is fucked compared to national levels...but comparing it to citys like chicago,neworleans,washington d.c,detroit and others like that it aint as fucked up...those city murder capa is 42 per 100,000 now thats FUCKED UP
