In downtown on 8th and Market is a shoe shop called "Blends". Its the best shoe shop we got in Dago, try that.

For your clothing apparel, try The Armory on F and 8th street (also downtown).

Yes, you can easily kick it at the bay at 6:30. Our weather is perfect for kicking it in the evening right now. About 85-90+ during the hot time of the day, and then it cools off ever so beautifully during the evening.
