Why wouldn't he get a lawyer? they handle ya business for ya and probably will get you more money than you would by yourself. how will you expect to get money for them medical bills to treat his pain? get a lawyer tell him u got in an accident, whereever u hurting cus i'm sure ya ass will be hurting soon if not now by lookin at that car. just hit up a chiropractor or whatever, give em ya claim number, let ya lawyer know wasup and boom bam before u know it you good and ready to go. plus them chiropractor got them traction shit that feels hella good on ya back but if you get one that has a personal massuese, whew boy! it's over. let's just hope it's a female.

I just got home from an accident scene...Car vs. a bike. I was comin off the freeway and saw it happen goin the other way so I pulled to the side and ran across the traffic to make sure dude was ok. Sure as shit, out of the car comes a lady who hasta be ATLEAST 85 or so all shook up. What's sad is that while I agree that old folks should give up their license for EVERYONE's good, alot of them don't have family to take them places like Dr. appointments and whatnot. Just so happens she was pulling out of a hospital parking lot and an ambulance was on its way to another call when this happened. They were there within no more than 30 seconds

damn what the hell is going on with the Siccness and car accidents.

All I have to say is when I got with my accident I called around talked to some lawyers basically reached the conclusion I didn't need a lawyer. The only reason anyone needs to get a lawyer is if it goes to court. Other then that, if the police and insurance companies know who's at fault then there is little more a lawyer can do for you. Trust me I had to deal with that shit for over a year.

call a lawyer and see what they say...if your not seriously hurt, your not going to get that much money. If you are hurt I would start going to the doctor and chiropractor asap
