I think he should have kept Cable. I'm just not sure it's going to destroy the team like everyone is implying.

the fuck...I thought you said it wasn't a good move...now you think he should have kept him....WHY?

I don't think it will destroy the team...but the team wont have the same vibe though..

Cable brought that vibe to players and go them hyped up to their potentials on the field....

For one Carolina will NOT pass on luck and if they do it will be because they trade out of spot with a team that does want Luck, so Denver has NO chance at him

For two Denver thinks (for what reason I still dont know) that Tebow will work

for 3 Orton is still signed if we decide to not trade him, so between orton and tebow why get another QB when we need D help more than anything

Definitely not.

As I've already stated...Al Davis does NOT cash out head coaches. The guy changes his mind about coaches so quickly, that he wants to avoid having to pay for fired coaches.

Also, do you think Al Davis is going to be able to offer Harbaugh the power of personnel decisions he's going to get in SF or even Denver?

Doubtful.
I think Al Davis is ready to let someone take over. He said as much when he spoke at the Kiffin firing conference. Al Davis has a great relationship with Harbaugh and don't forget he was a QB coach in Oakland on 2000 or so. If it isn't Hue Al is going to shock the world, imo.

I know Al doesn't cash out coaches, but even Stevie Wonder can see what a good coach can do to a franchise. Money has never been an issue with Al, remember that.
