you bastards were 2 to 3 fluke pass and catches away from the L...don't act like ya'll some kinda afc juggernauts all of a sudden.

im glad ya'll are optimistic..i really am. just don't go overboard with it is all im saying.
Players make plays. Our players made the plays when they needed to. All that points towards being a good football team. On the other hand, the Chiefs could not make the plays that may have changed the outcome. Bottomline, there is no brownie points for what ifs in the NFL. We won, you lost. What are you arguing about, really?

There is no juggernaut in the AFC, the Raiders are up there with the best of them at this very moment. Hopefully New England and Pittsburg beat up on eachother on Sunday night.

why do they have to be "fluke" pass and catches?

why can't they just be great plays??

we'll be sure to not be too optimistic... you chefs do the same

I still say the division is up for grabs... and it should be a 3 team race

we're in a good position because we're 3-0 in the division

you guys are in a good position because of your soft schedule for the rest of the year

the chargers are in a good position because Rivers is their QB

It's gonna be fun watching this whole thing play out... I can't wait... this home stretch is is gonna be very interesting and exciting
they were some damn good plays but come on now...you won't get that same outcome 90% of the time and you know it.

that game was just meant to be...the football gods shined down on ya'll that sunday and helped ya a bit.

it was a perfect storm for ya'll in that 2nd half basically, especially in the crunch time.

for whatever it's worth... most power rankings have the Raiders ranked around 11 or 12 in the entire NFL... and ranked as the best team in the AFC West

again... for whatever that's worth... I don't think power rankings are always 100% accurate... but when most of the media (who likes to hate on us often) says we're the best in the division... it counts for something

maybe... but that's just the NFL

you could look at the game we lost at Arizona and say 99.999999% of the time Seabas won't miss that FG, but the football gods just helped out AZ that day... yet we still lost and we can't say anything else about it

when a team is able to win games like that it's a sign of being a good team

Im arguing because ya'll got the win off of some rookies career day and benefited from our lack of closing the game out. Its not like you guys stopped us at the end (overtime, yeah) of the game...we stopped ourselves. team that up with Ford's career day and we were bound to lose.

But like i've been saying since the game ended...ya'll just happened to make the plays and we did not.

im not saying you guys aren't good though. im just saying the football gods were kind to you guys that day is all. trust me, i wouldn't be so passionate about the outcome of this game if ya'll actually whooped our asses...lol

i hate losing those kinds of games. the ones where the team can't put the other away and lets them back into the game. especially when it seemed everything was going against us when it mattered most...lol

after 7 straight losses against us in your house it was bound to happen. just sucks because we had that 8 in our sights and let it slip away.

"properly" as in we won't spot you bitches 10 points in the first half next time and we won't need our rookie wr to torch your best cb. we'll have chaz schilens, louis murphy and zach miller back in.

ya'll got lucky and deep down you know it.
No, I think we have a team that believes in eachother and will get it done by any means necessary. There was not a ridiculous play like the tuck, the immaculant reception, etc., that was luck. The refs tried to give you the game and you still couldn't put it away, a sign of a not so good football team. Like I have been saying since the begining of the year, the Raiders are back to being relevant and I know it stings for you hater/bitter types. I am not saying that is you, but just in general. If I was you I would put some money on the Raiders to win the West. We will start there.

spot us 10? wtf...lol

ya'll had a whopping 49 total yards of offense in that 1st half. a half in which we should have had atleast 16 points instead of 10. atleast 16, could have been more.

2nd half starts...ya'll get a TD on the kick return.

10 seconds later ya'll get the fumble recovery.

barely over 20 seconds has gone by in the 2nd half and ya'll already scored a touchdown and managed to get the ball back. back in the game!

i think its safe to say, the gods were smiling down on you guys that day. that isn't even including the "flukish" plays at the end of the game either...lol

that losing streak at the black hole against us had to end sometime...just happened to be last week.

and you can have all those guys back week 17....only thing is it won't be in Oakland this time...and it will be fucking 5 degrees outside in a hostile environment against your biggest rival in which it will most likely be determining the division winner...

those aren't good odds for you guys.

It has nothing to do with luck and the football gods, we were playing with a lot of injuries and yes playing at home was a huge benefit to a sell out crowd and there could be so many ifs, but regardless what it comes down do to is who got the W on paper and that would be us. Frisco beat us in their home and we had injuries again, but regardless none of that matters because we took the L and gave Frisco their props....END OF STORY!!!!

lol

enough with the god damned refs already...didn't both teams have the same amount of penalties called against them? you don't see me bitching about the block in the back on Arenas' kick return, or the consistent holds on hali or the face mask that wasn't called on charles at the end where we were called for the hold...should have been offset. flags are part of the game, they always even out over the course of the season...maybe not in certain games sometimes but they will eventually be in your favor just as much as they were against you when all is said and done at the end.

Chiefs are back to being relevant aswell but you still can't admit either huh...raider haters have to accept it but chief haters don't? pot calling kettle black much?

i forget which of your raider bruhs told me that earlier in the week but he was right...at the time i was filled with Raider Anger...lol

I think it's safe to say we didn't even bother to show up for the first half and still beat your ass. I assure you, we'll score more than 0 points in the first half next time and nnamdi will turn bowe into the invisible man.

injuries are part of the game breh.

playing at home against the rival, a home where they haven't won against said rival in damn near a decade, a home where it was blacked out for 11 straight games prior, a home of a rejuvenated fan base...etc. etc. etc.

the win against us was bound to happen like i've been saying guys, you guys just can't come to terms with the fact ya'll squeaked that win out with some perfect storm type shit is what bugs me...lol

to say the good teams make the plays and the bad teams don't is just the typical cop out that fans overuse waaaaaaaaaay to much.

Chiefs aren't a bad team and they really aren't a good team yet either....same goes for the Raiders.

you make it sound like the Chiefs dominated the game stats wise and we won on some fluke shit

Chiefs:
First downs: 21
Third down efficiency: 3/15
Total net yards: 304
Net rushing yards: 104
Net passing yards: 200
Penalties: 12-100 yards
Time of possession: 33:10

Raiders:
First downs: 17
Third down efficiency: 3/12
Total net yards: 321
Net rushing yards: 112
Net passing yards: 209
Penalties: 15-140 yards
Time of possession: 29:43

the stats tell us we slightly out gained you on offense... you guys had a little more help with the penalties... and we had a slight edge on the score board

we were the better team that day... period

we had a very slow first half, but we basically dominated the game for the second half and OT... where we outscored you 23-10

beat our ass now? lol

all those consecutive seasons of 10+ seasons have really fucked with some of ya'lls thought processes.

i get it...the raiders are back.

chiefs aren't back though huh? :ermm:
