One thing is for sure, next year, the NFC West will be GOOD (barring injuries, of course). The Cards are returnig pretty much everybody (will they corral Boldin?), the 9ers are slolwy but surely improving (Singletary is going to really butst through next year), and the Hawks can rebound with some new faces and some HEALTH behind them.

But the Rams will still blow.

HOUSHMANDZADEH DISSES VIKINGS’ QUARTERBACKS
Posted by Mike Florio on March 3, 2009, 2:25 p.m.

Newly-minted Seahawks receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh told Dan Patrick on Tuesday that the former free agent would have given the Vikings more serious consideration if they had a better quarterback.

Though such sentiments might anger hard-core Vikings fans (making them possibly inclined to replace the first “H” in T.J.’s surname with a “D”), it’s the truth.

The Vikings solid at most positions, and quarterback obviously isn’t one of them.

haha told u coon that he wouldnt go cuz of the shitty qbs the queens got

Why was thread on Brandon Marshall deleted, I bet he still gets suspended fo that shit....

DENVER -- Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall faces a possible suspension by the NFL, even though a disorderly-conduct charge stemming from a fight with his fiancee was dismissed in an Atlanta court Monday.

Municipal Judge Clinton Deveaux dismissed the case after Marshall and his fiancée, Michi Leshase Nogami-Campbell, both of whom were charged with disorderly conduct, refused to testify against each other.
Despite being in the clear from a legal standpoint, Marshall still might be disciplined for repeated violations of the league's Personal Conduct Policy, which gives NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell the authority to punish players.

Former Raiders C Grove signs with Dolphins

(AP)—Center Jake Grove has signed a multiyear contract with the Miami Dolphins, which could mean a shake-up in their line.

Grove, who signed Tuesday, became an unrestricted free agent after spending his first five seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He’s expected to challenge for a starting job with the Dolphins, who might move center Samson Satele to guard.

Satele has been Miami’s starting center since the beginning of his rookie season in 2007.

Grove started 46 games at center and guard for Oakland, and he started 12 games at center last year. He was drafted in the second round in 2004.
