The Texans reportedly "have the money to match" the Broncos' offer sheet to WR David Anderson.
The offer is for $4.5 million over three years. Anderson has improved every year and the Texans would only receive a seventh-round compensation in return, so odds are they will match the offer and retain Anderson as a slot receiver.

Patriots trade Cassel to Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs have completed a trade for New England Patriots quarterback Matt Cassel. There is no new contract in place, but the teams have agreed on compensation — details of which were not immediately available.

But it is a done deal. Cassel is going to Kansas City.

According to Sean Jensen of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, Houshmandzadeh is wrapping up a visit with the Seahawks and will make his way to Minnesota.
I want him as long as we dont overpay.
