From what I heard yes, I called today to find out whats going on. EB Games said come up at 9 and you can pay for a copy or pay one off.
@The people who think its nerdy.....Do something new for a change. You only go around once, even though its small at least you can say you did it. I like doing new things even something as small as this is cool. Plus Iam getting smoked out, playing Halo 3 with some friends, and drinking. Iam going to be having fun on a Monday night. Its not going to be so fun Tuesday morning in Japanese class though ahahhahahahha.

^^^IF you live in a place with a mall, it usually will have other stores that will have the game. Best Buy, Blockbuster, Circuit City, and other assorted stores should carry it. If you are looking to wait to purchase it, it usually takes a day or so until they get new copies in. I work retail (not a videogame store) and we get a truck in everyday of the business week (Excluding Saturday, and Sunday) I would call a couple of stores and find out for sure though.
