I agree with you about Buike... I dunno why everyone get son him... he goes out and plays hard... he does some stupid shit from time to time... but he's out there makin shit happen on offense and defense

however.. I disagree with you about the jerseys... in fact I don't really like any of the Warriors newer uniforms... I only like the throwbacks really... I hope they do change their shit next season and it looks way cleaner than the current ugly ass shits
the old ones were the best, i want them to change the new ones, but i still dig em, and the orange ones look different in person

Source: Warriors Want Felton

Dec 18, 2008 11:12 AM EST

The Warriors and Bobcats have had discussions about Raymond Felton, an NBA source told the Observer. Golden State would send either Brandan Wright or Anthony Randolph.

Bobcats general manager Rod Higgins would neither confirm, nor deny, talks with the Warriors involving Felton.
Holy fuckin shit if Mullin does that he has officially lost his fuckin mind! You wanna get rid of a couple of the only guys on your team with NBA size/length for yet another shoot first guard??? What the fuck is wrong with that front office???

Yeah because paper thin front courts get all the rebounds these days.

Length isn't everything. Buike's got some dog in him. Hopefully he can get some shots to start falling
Ill take the paper thin frontcourt over dookie anyday.
Wright/Randolph's potential>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Dookie's potential
LOL @ "Hopefully he can get some shots to start falling"...I've been saying that for 2 years. Dont hold your breath, dookie is clueless on offense.

I'd give up Wright or Randolph if it meant bringin in a solid player to add to the mix. Both of em so green it's gonna be at least a few years (And some added weight and muscle) before either of them pick up a consistent game. Neither one of em can play defense well enough to make a impact now so why not put em on the trading block along wit just about everybody else. The chemistry on this team sucks. And Monta aint gonna change that. Baron was a floor general and that's what this teams needs. Lettin go of Baron was the hugest mistake they ever made. Credibility as a franchise went right out the door wit him.

Stop stickin up for this clown.......! I agree he's a GOOD player.....but he needs to understand his role.....and not try and do to much...
What's his role?

You talk as if you're at the practices or in the games and have heard Don Nelson tell him NOT to do what he's doing... :ermm:

I agree with Peete... Buike is a asset to this team (As a 6th or 7th man though), He is better off the bench when he doesn't have the pressure of trying to make things happen, but since we don't have much depth, he's forced to play out of character. When we had Baron, Monta, Harrington, he wasn't depended on to score as much. His flaws as a player are showcased only because he's playing more minutes which gives him more space to make mistakes. When he came off the bench to substitute for a player he was a impact player, but against other teams first string, he is struggling.

No he's not. Going into the season we had Jackson, Maggette and Harrington as scoring options ahead of him but that didn't stop him from chucking bricks everytime he got the ball. You say his flaws are only showcased now because of more minutes, but thats only based on your analyzation. His flaws have been obvious to me and many other Warriors fans since last season.

Who cares what Nelson says, that doesn't mean I gotta agree. IMO dookie needs to focus his energy on playing good D and rebounding the ball. He's pretty decent finishing around the basket but he needs to learn how to pass the ball out if there is no where to go. Too many times he runs right into a wall of defenders in the middle and gets his shot blocked or turns the ball over.

Everybody you just named all have failed for the same reason as Buike, and the difference every one you named was supposed to be a star quality player, not a role player. So you did nothing but prove even more Buike's usefulness to this team, which should be rebounding, and scoring under the basket. But since he'll never touch the ball when the other ball hogs got it in their hands, you can't blame him for chuckin it up when he has the ball. None of the other players are doing any better with their shot selection.

Well you might as well say that Harrington wasn't even an option because ... well ... he wasn't.

Jackson shouldn't be your #1 guy ANYWAY, and Maggette is streaky (at best) and injury prone.

In Nelson's system, if you're open, you take the shot, right? Well shit, Buike gets open shots, they just aren't going down at as high a percentage as you'd like (43%) but he's still shooting a better overall percentage (2s & 3s)than Captain Jack (38%), averages more rebounds (in less minutes) and isn't among the league leaders in turnovers.

So by your logic, Buike should be an option ahead of Jackson
