I think it has everything to do with the protest and that is the reason for not having bail; so he can't be free during the rally to be used to fuel anger

seriously there were at least 4 videos of police shooting people on new years eve posted on this site

something needs to be done and i think oakland is a good place for it to start considering the towns history and all

he was arrested on Homicide charges

just came out in a press release

they haven't said what level of Murder he's charged with yet though
