2-0-Sixx, that happens because the government is hacking into your system. Everytime they do this it lags your internet usage because they are using up your bandwidth to do this. When they use up your bandwidth it causes webpages to lag or load slowly. Hence it sends your message twice. You know the government is hacking into your computer anytime a page loads slowly or not at all. They hate internet but let us have it so they can spy on us. That's why I don't put any personal informations on the computer. Obama is trying to steal my credit card numbers to fund an anti-american war against god fearing christians.
