Well let's see.. Seeing as how they WON the SuperBowl, YES they were the best team in the league. There is no speculation when the team wins it all. Had the Niners lost any of those Bowls then I'd say they may not even have been the 2nd best, as most people try to say the SuperBowl losers are. To win the Bowl you have to beat the best of your conference, then you have to beat the best team the other conference has to offer. When you lose the Bowl, who's to say some of the other teams that the champs beat wouldn't have beaten your asses too?

I take it you didn't take any type of debate class in school, because your arguements are always easily defeated.
