He's from Stocktone homie, it's a common occurrence that most Hispanics call surenos, seweratas, scraps and all that derogatory shit towards surenos. Why? Because the majority of people here are related to nortenos, affiliated, or are from a non-color click and just hate surenos. Before there were colors, most of the Clickas and Varrios that came here from LA beefed with the Stockton homies, norte or Pachuco, didn't matter.

Nortenos do beef, Nortenos kill more of their own, then the surenos that either are from the north, or come from the South. That's why homies are calling unity, and there was a cease fire, but you know, they went at it again. It's crazy, there's still unity, but sometimes you can't be a eastsider and roam through the south side, some south side nortenos will sometimes blast you. But I get you, up north may not have people dying as much as in the so cal, but I think we mutually agree where each of us it coming from.
didn't orange county pass laws stating no signs or billboards could be in any language other than english? I'm sure your area is "hood", but I've never been to any city in orange county that was hella bad......and mexicans ? crime....thats like saying blacks = murders, whites = sex crimes, and middle easterns = a shitload of taxi's & quik-e-marts
