I'm saying that it is a factor, possibly the deciding factor in why he tossed him out. And like the article tells the whole truth and nothing but the truth, it was practically an interview with no other story teller than the owner.

Dude he is white, I've got family in Cinci and i'm out there a few times a year, everyone out there knows who the fuck Jeff Ruby is.

The bottom line is the same way you say that I judge Ruby without proof is the same way Ruby is judging Simpson, solely on a personal opinion of the guy and assuming that he did indeed do it.

The restaruant that I worked at never tossed anyone out because the bottom line is money is money. I've waited on big time dealers, athletes, comedians and other sleezballs but never turned em down. In fact Scott Petersons parents used to eat at my work all the time during the trials and they would eat by themselves in our banquet room.

I live in Cincinnati and Ruby Lives in Kentucky he is not racist. I go to his bar Tropicanna on weds sometimes all kinds of blacks be there Chad Johnson(Cincy Bengals), Mark Henry(WWE Wrestler), Warwick be tehre just to name a few. And yes he is white acts a lil homoish
