This shit is just retarded. Any of y'all realize that it's mainly fans adding fuel to the fire that was put out back in the late 90's?? East & West been collabin' for a minute now, and folks are still flappin gums tryin to keep the beef alive...

East Coast has some hard ass rappers, West Coast has some hard ass rappers. East has projects, West has projects. So why is the West Coast music more "valid" but the cats from the East are all "fake". Real people do real things regardless of location.

Just imagine Barry White and Marvin Gaye havin' funk, or the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync...it's just fuckin STUPID!!

No, 2Pac grew up in the East...until he was what, 17 years old I believe? Yea, I think that was it. He basically spent his adult life in Cali...but he GREW UP on the East Coast...

About Rappers out East...you got DMX, I don't care what anybody says, the cat has heat and that is my opinion. You got KRS-One, who is nutty fuckin sick. Nas, I'm diggin Nas' shit lately, dude is spittin some fuckin knowledge. 50 Cent, he's just real as fuck, and I love that shit!! The East has a lot of talent, the West has a lot of talent...

And remember, the only reason we can claim 'Pac is because 'Pac claimed us, but the East raised him....

I could care less if a rapper's from New York, California, or Ohio. As long as their shit is good, they got my ears.
And I don't buy into something as ignorant as the East versus the West. I grew out of that in the fifth grade.

Aint no hatin on my behalf but while them cats be heavily bumpin they gums about us, they do tend to knock our shit on the under so never forget that. We the ones that put new slang in they vocabulary and platinum versus and beats on they albums. For ex: On the movie New Jersey Drive, peep how them Jersey niggaz was side-wayzin to a Mac Mall and Ray Luv track as soon as the movie came on.
