Well since you want to try and jump into a discussion you've yet to be involved in to defend your conspiracy theory buddies, maybe you should re-read my post. It is quoted. If you wanted the source of my information you should have just asked. I got it from the same place that web site probably got it from . . . http://wtc.nist.gov/NISTNCSTAR1CollapseofTowers.pdf

So why don't you go take your dismantling and bold emphasis to another post. Your google search abilities might be better put to use in a discussion with other simpletons.

I'm not defending anyone or any position in this thread. If I were I would have pointed out SEVERAL of the fallacies you were attempting to use to justify a lack of response.

maybe you should re-read my post. It is quoted.
I see that it is in quotes, but who are we to assume you quoted? Next time cite the source. When you type something in MLA format what do you do? Cite the source. When you use stats in policy debate what do you do? CITE THE SOURCE. If it were I you were debating I would have simply murdered you on that fact alone, however you are not debating me, so I suggest you limit your discussion to Edward and leave me alone.

got it from the same place that web site probably got it from . . . http://wtc.nist.gov/NISTNCSTAR1CollapseofTowers.pdf
So, basically you are telling me you lack the ability to form original thoughts of your own? Basically you are telling me you need to cut and paste (word for word) someone elses argument instead of conveying your own thoughts and opinions?

So why don't you go take your dismantling and bold emphasis to another post.
No, Peter Parker, I am doing a mighty fine job where I am.

Your google search abilities might be better put to use in a discussion with other simpletons.
A discussion with a comic anti-hero as the guest speaker!

19 Muslim terrorists hijacked four U.S. jetliners and crashed two of them into the World Trade Center. That is why the twin towers collapsed. Not because of a missile or a "controlled demolition" centered around some secret government plot or any other wacky conspiracy theories.
The FACTS of the matter is that planes did crash into the World Trade Center. The WTC eventually fell.

Those are facts we can agree upon. We can also agree upon the facts that it was a tragic and unnecessary thing.

Aside from that, who was behind it, why it happened, whether the towers fell directly and completely due to the planes, or any other type of opinion is disputed by millions of people. You are entitled to your opinion, but you are not entitled to come on here and call us traitors to America.

Edward Thizzerhands:

You posted up links to some videos, I have not yet and can not now, watch. If you don't want to address the specific items i raised in this post then we can go our seperate ways. If you would rather base your position solely off two google videos you will have to wait until i can view them to refute their position.

please tell me, how does seeking knowledge and viewing the event from ALL perspectives and angles in any way is the actions of a traitor of america. a traitor of america would say "Fuck the twin towers and everybody who fell with them". What we (the ones who don't believe a "truth" just because Fox & Friends says so) are doing is in fact the opposite of being a traitor.
We seek the truth, for the SAKE of this country and it's people, the people who died in that event and the people who were sent to die in it's aftermath, the people who live under the government's rule. If this government is in any way responsible in any level for the events of September 11, we the people of America deserve to know.

We are not traitors. We are Patriots.

already had the names of more uncles ,cousins, moms, dads, nephews in my whole fanmily, that same day?all involved in plot?

and come on mcclean...on the short trip to the airport the terrorists were still brushing up on their studies on how to fly the planes, such studious SOBs they left them in the cars they drove right?

lmao...aint about what some dude says, use your fucking brain..if you see some dude with a 10 inch dick with a pair of nuts hanging from it and one eye, you gonna belive me if i tell you its his pet snake?

When it comes down to it, no-one in the general public knows for sure who was responsible for the attacks of 9/11. Yes, there are several flaws with the governments depiction of what happened, and it is extremely suspicious, but the mistrust the American people have for their government may be overstating this evidence.

When it comes down to it, only time will tell whether the government was responsible for 9/11. If they were planned demolitions, then the scope of the project must be large, as is the group of people who are aware of this betrayal. It is probable that one of them will step forward in the near future - whether anyone believes them or not, or whether the government successfully discredits them is another story.

Personally, I think the government is responsible. That Bush fella is one shady fucker and I wouldn't put anything past him. I don't think Usamah had anything to do with it, and his interview with Al Jazeera immediately following 9/11 strongly supports this claim.

Heres the thing about this argument. Its totally fucking polarized, with one group of people insisting it was the government and the other group insisting it was the "terrorists". The real issue at hand is that, we, as the American public, can not just ACCEPT the answer/solution the government/press provides with us, because its supposed to condition us. look at the anti-middle east sentiment that has escalated as a result of 9/11. i dont know if the gov't was behind 9/11 or not, but i do know (based on my own readings and thoughts) that the result, the way this thing has panned out, has been treated in such a way that Americans must accept everything.

The problem is that we are taught not to discuss "politics", or have any doubt about the government and the way our lives are influenced by the gov't, because we like to think that we are truly the land of the free, and we live in ignorance. of course the gov't doesnt want people trying to find out the truth, or at least form their own opinions.

the greatest loss of "freedom" is the freedom of thinking, the freedom of forming our own arguments and thoughts.
