i tried to talk to the dude and he doesnt speak english so now i need a translator

PS: 8am is legal to play music, as long as it cant be heard from across the street, my neighbors used to put up signs and knock on my door, and i looked up the noise ordinance and realized they couldnt do shit but hate life so i continued bumping dj screw at insane levels at 8am as much as a fucking pleased

the wife was the only one w the problem, the guy never said anything about it to me
