I couldn't agree more. I loved seeing him fired up, it looked like he was having fun though at the same time. If you don't think that carries over to the players then you don't know shit.

It's still early so I still don't know if hiring Pete Carrol was a smart move, but I was sure pleased yesterday.

49ers will still win the division so it doesnt matter. We always lose in Seattle anyways. Whoever wins the division will get the last laugh and that will be us 49er fans.

I'd rather have the wake up call happen against the Saints instead. 9ers will still be playing away after Monday Night for two more games, and we all know how well they play on the road :rolleyes:.

Chalk up all the road games as losses except at AZ and STL. I don't see any optimism for the 1st four games.

I'd be surprised if y'all lose against the panthers....that game is after ours, but it's very possible y'all are winless coming into the oct 17th game.....I'd hate to see that happen....hopefully we're 3-2 by that time, but 1-4 is very possible

I'm not getting too discouraged just yet... I think a few key moments turned that whole game against us.... we did get served though, no excuses......

With Smith behind center it is kinda tough to feel confident, but hopefully Gore can get moving and Smith can put together a decent game... He was inches away from throwing at least 2 touchdowns yesterday lol.....

I think we will make a statement against the Saints....

no ok, not really

I just hope we score a Touchdown, perferrably Vernon or Crabtree for fantasy points sake......
